Please don't send me manuscripts or book proposals, because I can't get them published for you. My articles on writing cover the things I've learned over the past few years.
I can't critique your writing either, but if it's Science Fiction, Fantasy or Horror you can always join the Online Writing Workshop, where fellow writers will critique your work. It's not free, but I received great feedback in 1999 when I posted a couple of chapters from my first novel, and the encouragement drove me on until I completed the first draft.
If you're NOT writing SF/F/H then I'm the last person in the world you want critiquing your stuff. I have an Eng Lit degree and I'm not afraid to use it.
